Acceptable use

You may use FitPreview only when

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The body photos are of you, and you have the right to use every submitted photo and product asset.
• Your purpose is a lawful, personal clothing or footwear fit preview.

Never use FitPreview for

• Minors, another person, a public figure, impersonation, face swaps, deepfakes, deception, or harassment.
• Nudity, sexual content, exploitation, illegal or hateful content, violence, or exposing private information.
• Counterfeit goods, fake reviews, copyright or trademark infringement, or assets you are not authorized to use.
• Medical or health diagnosis or advice, gambling, financial services, regulated goods or services, fundraising, marketplaces, physical goods, or human-delivered services.

Enforcement and payments

We may block an analysis, suspend access, remove content, or close an account when use appears unsafe or prohibited. Polar checkout remains disabled unless Polar has reviewed and approved this restricted AI use case.

Photos and AI processing

We do not publish your photos to other users. With separate account-storage consent, body photos are stored in private R2 storage and are available only through account-authorized requests. Photos and body information may be sent to OpenAI when you request analysis. See the Privacy page for the current retention and deletion behavior.

Report delivery and report allowances

Email reports are sent only to the signed-in account email used for checkout; we do not collect a separate delivery email. You are responsible for entering an accurate and accessible email address. An incorrect email address alone does not create a refund entitlement. If analysis cannot finish, its reserved report allowance is held for up to 24 hours for a retry at no additional charge. It is restored if the retry fails or the retry window expires. This restores a report allowance and is not an automatic monetary refund.
