We process your account email and authentication identifier, body details and photos you provide, product information, analysis results, and your language and unit preferences. If you request weather-based guidance, the city you enter is used to handle that request.
After you consent to an analysis, photos and body details are sent through FitPreview's Cloudflare-based service to OpenAI. AI results are estimates and do not guarantee actual measurements, color, material, size, or fit. Original garment photos are saved privately for report comparison; access expires after 30 days and they are scheduled for deletion. Deleting a report also deletes its garment photos.
Recovery drafts remain in this browser for up to 30 minutes. Body photos and details saved with separate consent, and generated result images, remain in private R2 and Supabase storage for up to 30 days from upload or generation. Text reports remain until you delete them or close your account. To prevent repeated free-trial claims, we process a one-way network-address hash rather than storing the raw IP address.
Polar processes subscription payments. FitPreview stores order, customer, and subscription identifiers, status, and billing periods, but does not directly store full card details. If you request a report email, your account email and report content are delivered through Resend.
Google Analytics may receive sanitized page paths and basic usage events. Microsoft Clarity runs with masking only on selected public pages while you are signed out. App-defined analytics events do not include photos, body details, analysis results, email addresses, product links, or payment values. Turnstile helps block abusive requests.
You can clear browser data below and delete saved body profiles and reports from My Account and Analysis History. Before closing your account, cancel any active subscription in the Polar Customer Portal. You can also use browser privacy settings or extensions to limit analytics tools.
When you click a similar-item shopping link, garment search terms are sent to a store or search service. Enabled affiliate links may pass through Sovrn Commerce, and FitPreview may earn a commission on purchases. The app does not include photos, body measurements, email, account or report identifiers, or the original report URL in these links. External services may process IP and browser information under their own privacy and cookie policies. Opening a report alone does not run an affiliate tracking script.
This removes temporary drafts and local history stored in this browser. Delete server-side account profiles and reports separately from My Account and Analysis History.
