You can cancel at any time in the Polar Customer Portal. Cancellation stops automatic renewal on the next billing date, while access already paid for remains available through the end of the current period.

What to know before subscribing
Clear terms for renewal, one-month rollover, and report allowance restoration.
One-month report rollover
Unused paid reports carry over for one following month within the paid subscription term. Carried reports are used first. An annual payment provides 20 reports each month; canceling stops the next yearly renewal.
Report allowance restoration after failure
If analysis cannot finish, its reserved report allowance is held for up to 24 hours for a retry at no additional charge. It is restored if the retry fails or the retry window expires. This is a report allowance restoration, not a cash refund.
Billing reviews and refunds
A completed analysis is not automatically eligible for a cash refund solely because of dissatisfaction. Duplicate charges, payment errors, and refunds required by law are reviewed individually.
